When we start working with you, the first thing we will do is ask you to tell us everything about your business. What do you do? Who are your competitors? What makes you better than them? Do you want to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with them and fit in or do you want to be radically different?
More importantly, who are your customers? Where do they shop? What do they buy? Which newspaper do they read? How old are they?
Building up a profile of the sort of clients you are after makes it easier for us to create something that they will love.
